Trevear is the ideal town house if you’re a family visiting the area, it has two spacious bedrooms featuring a king size bed as well as an additional twin room. The house also features a newly refurbished living plan.
On the ground floor, the large open living area, with a stunning log burner for those wintery nights, stretches into the kitchen area. This is bursting with natural light from the sunroof, which really makes the marble countertops gleam. Up to the first floor, here there is a king bedroom along with a twin room, that is perfectly suited for children or adults with its contemporary living style. Up on the top floor the luxurious master bedroom awaits with a king-sized bed and a modern ensuite. The view from here stretches along the camel estuary allowing you to wake up with one of the most desirable views.

Padstow is a picturesque harbour town, that’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises, with something for everyone. If you’re seeking to escape the crowds Padstow is situated on stunning North Cornwall coastline that is home to many hidden gems along the coastal path. There is also a ferry available from the harbour that can take you across the estuary to Rock and Daymer Bay where you enjoy the golden stretching beaches and sand dunes. For the foodies, Padstow offers a great range to suit each unique palette. For a fine dining experience, the town is the home of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth and boasts a series of their establishments. But, if you’re looking for something quick to grab Padstow offers a huge range of freshly made pasties as well as fish and chips, that can be enjoyed sat by the harbours edge. Or perhaps you’re searching for the perfect waves, Padstow is only 4 miles away from Harlyn and 15 miles from Polzeath. Both great locations offer an array of surf lessons, for any ability level, as well as a whole host of other water sports, such as coasteering.

Layout
The front entrance opens into the hall where you have the stairs to the first floor and walkway through the living area. The living area is open and light, there is a dining area in the centre, then the kitchen opens off to the rear and the sitting room to the front. There is also a ground floor shower room.
To the first floor there are three bedrooms, a king size double with bay window at the front where you can see glimpses of the estuary, and a twin room with two single beds plus family bathroom. On the second floor is a king size double with en-suite shower room.
From the kitchen/breakfast room, you can access the courtyard garden at the rear of the house where there is a bench table and chairs.
