Padstow is a picturesque harbour town, who’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises. Famous for its selection of gourmet restaurants, including those of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, Padstow offers an amazing culinary scene and several brilliant pubs and bars. In between the fine dining experiences, try dodging the seagulls with a traditional Cornish pasty or spot of fish and chips while sitting by the harbours edge.
Padstow is situated on the Southwest Coast path, perfect for a scenic walk along the striking coastline. Hop on your bike and enjoy the Camel Trail, a level track which follows the estuary to Wadebridge and beyond. Take your pick from several stunning beaches all within a short drive and with fantastic surf schools at Harlyn Bay, Polzeath and Watergate Bay amongst others, you can pack your holiday with activities in no time.
Layout
Up one flight of stairs from street level, this duplex apartment has a feeling of being tucked away from the bustling streets below. Spread across the first floor is a fantastic kitchen with large island and access to the garden, and a cosy living room with plenty of space to relax. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with high stool seating, and the lovely, enclosed garden has a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Follow the winding stairs to the upper floor, where, tucked under the eaves you find a spacious yet cosy king size bedroom, the perfect place to rest your head. Exposed beams and wooden floors bring this cottage to life and create an authentic atmosphere, while the modern shower room and WC enjoy views over the rooftops to the estuary beyond.
Access
There are three steps from the roadside leading to the front door. Once inside there is one staircase to access the first floor. There is a further, slightly steeper staircase leading to the second floor.
Parking
There is an allocated car parking space in the North Quay Car Park (a few minutes’ walk). We provide a permit for your stay.
EV Charging
It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
Pets
Two dogs are permitted with a small charge of £25 per pet.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Check in is from 4pm. On departure, please vacate by 10am.

Excellent location very close to the harbour and in the midst of shops and restaurants. Very tiny town centre so all less then a minute’s walk. At the start of the beautiful walks along the coast in both directions – no car needed.

What a great find! This apartment is in the heart of padstow and is great for exploring all the restaurants, bars, shops and the nearby beach and estuary. Very spacious with all the amenities. We stayed with our dog and three month old baby. It also came with a parking permit for the harbour car park which was one less thing to worry about. Would recommend grabbing an ice latte from the coffee shop below the flat before heading out for the day!!!

The apartment is in an excellent location about a 2 minute walk to the harbor area, pubs, restaurants and shops.. It can be difficult to park in Padstow sometimes and so having the parking spot in the North Quay car park as part of the booking is great.

Great place to stay and right in the heart of Padstow. Apartment was beautiful and the added bonus of a designated parking space was extremely helpful given how busy Padstow is. Beware the seagulls if walking around with food though as those sky pirates are well drilled in the art of ice cream stealing! Enjoy The Loft it’s awesome.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very spacious with a huge bedroom and a garden which was perfect if you have dogs like us. They had used the interior space very well and it had a wonderful hot shower.
