The bungalow has an open plan living space and modern fitted kitchen, a very spacious and comfortable room. There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin (two single beds) and one bunk bedroom. The bunk bedroom is suitable only for children, the beds are not adult sized. Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden with Cornish Palm trees, and outside seating. Parking is available in the driveway, with ample extra space on the road outside the property.
The St Merryn Park hosts a seasonal shop, onsite bar and restaurant, football and tennis courts, children’s play area and dog walking area. It is located just a couple of miles from the village of St Merryn, and there are seven of the finest beaches in Cornwall nearby. The harbour town of Padstow is just five miles distant, and the popular Newquay and Fistral Beach, about a twenty minute drive.
St Merryn is the perfect village for a holiday, centred between seven sandy beaches and offering amenities to include a pub, restaurant, convenience store and bakery. It is Perfectly situated amidst the popular bays of Trevone, Harlyn, Mother Ivey’s, Constantine and Porthcothan, the harbour town of Padstow and the award winning Trevose Golf Club which is just a mile away.
Five minutes away is Padstow, a striking harbour town offering everything you need all in one place… Stunning coastal walks, gourmet restaurants, galleries and shops, beaches along the estuary, sea life safaris and speed boat trips, and of course as many pasties, ice creams and fish and chip shops as a town can fit!

There is a porch at the front of the property which comes straight into the living room, there is a sitting area, dining table to seat 6 and an equipped kitchen. Through to the bedrooms, there are three in total, one is a double room, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed suitable for children. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Linen and towels are not included at Sandpiper so please bring these with you.
