Sleeping up to 6 people in total, the apartment is incredibly spacious and provides a comfortable retreat for the family to enjoy together in between discovering the beauties of Padstow and the North Cornish Coast. The light and airy accommodation comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fantastic sociable living areas including a roomy sitting area and a stylish kitchen and dining room, perfect for keeping the cook company.

Nearby
Padstow is a picturesque harbour town, that’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises, with something for everyone. Famous for it’s selection of gourmet restaurants, including those of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, Padstow offers an amazing culinary scene and several brilliant pubs and bars. In between the fine dining experiences, try dodging the seagulls with a traditional Cornish pasty or spot of fish and chips sitting by the harbours edge.
Padstow is situated ideally by the South West Coast path, perfect for a scenic walk to find many of the coast’s hidden gems. Not forgetting the Camel Trail, where you can enjoy the striking views of the estuary whilst cycling the level track to Wadebridge or beyond. And of course, there are several stunning beaches within a short drive providing a huge choice of water sports, with fantastic surf schools at Harlyn Bay, Polzeath and Watergate Bay amongst others, you can pack your holiday with activities in no time.
Layout
With accommodation located across the lower ground floor level of the building, Cormorant offers a superb space for the family to enjoy. Into the hall and you are greeted by the contemporary kitchen & breakfast room, a sociable room which is well equipped to cater for all your needs. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Steps up from the hall open up to the sitting room, a sizeable room with comfy leather sofas and a larger dining table and chairs. A second hall takes you through to the bedrooms, firstly a twin room with two single beds, the second room offers a double bed and finally the master bedroom, a king size double room with ensuite shower facilities.
Cormorant does not include a private garden, however, the harbour is within moments and the beaches along the estuary just a pleasant walk away.
Access
Tight tarmac parking area adjacent to the entrance, a step over the threshold into the communal hall, flight of stairs down to the lower ground level entrance to the apartment. Level entry into hallway, bathroom and kitchen, two steps up into the sitting room and level through to bedrooms from there.

There is a car port outside with a private parking space for one car.

Dogs are permitted with a small charge of £25 per pet.

The apartment was warm, comfortable and spacious enough for the four of us. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The apartment was in a great location in the centre of the town but was quiet and private. Having a parking space was extremely useful. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Padstow. Comfortable and well-appointed. The parking space was a bonus, although a bit tricky to get into. It was great to be so close to the harbour, shops and restaurants.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Padstow Old Town and a stone’s throw from the Harbour (literally), yet tucked away and quiet too. The parking is challenging but we managed to use it with a large 7 seater SUV although 1 of the 3 spots wasn’t used allowing us extra space… without it we would not have been able to park but it wouldn’t have bothered us as the car park is just up the hill and doesn’t cost much for a week pass and the road is so quiet you could certainly stop to unload and load the car. Nice spacious flat with everything we needed, we would definitely stay again.

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location . It has every conceivable thing you would need. We were just a couple here but it is huge and would more than comfortably accommodate 6 people. There’s fast free Wi-Fi and a recordable tv box . We were very pleased with the price we paid and what we got for it . We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Four adults and a child had a great stay in this flat. The flat was really spacious. It was nice and clean, and in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk to harbour. This was such a bonus. Communications from hosts was very good, they were very responsive and pleasant. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious breakfast kitchen and then a big dining table in the dining/living room made having breakfast and cooking a couple of dinners in the flat very pleasant (we cooked some fish we caught ourselves on our first ever fishing trip!) Great to have a parking space and close to a carpark for the other couple’s vehicle. We would certainly book this flat again if in need of a three bedroomed place in Padstow.
