Once a working farm building, the home has been lovingly restored to preserve its original character, think thick stone walls, oak beams and slate flooring, while still offering everything you need for a relaxed, comfortable stay. Sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms, the barn features a spacious kitchen and dining area, stunning living areas and a private walled garden with far-reaching countryside views.

Inside Space

You enter into the farmhouse kitchen, the perfect place for lazy lunches, extended holiday dinners, or simply throwing a Cornish cream tea together. This wonderfully homely space has plenty of room for both cooking and dining, and a lovely view over the patio to the rear. A superb roundhouse style sitting room sits off the kitchen, featuring a huge squashy sofa and wood burner, the perfect family gathering place. A further intimate dining area leads away to the rest of the house and features a stunning Cornish stone fireplace with wood burner. From here, a couple of steps lead up to a cosy sitting room, with gorgeous wooden beams and another large fireplace, another comfortable family area. This room gives way to the new part of the barn, as you enter a large atrium, flooded with light from the glass roof and huge sliding doors that lead out onto the slate-flagged patio. This beautiful room leads to two bright bedrooms, one king and one zip link king/twin, and a family bathroom. The further two ground floor bedrooms are found via a second hallway and are a super-cute bunk room and a cosy king, both lit from above by skylights. These lovely rooms share a modern, tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is found up a flight of stairs from the sitting room and features a huge super king bed and seating area, as well as a large ensuite with full bath.

Outside space

These types of gardens call for family gatherings, lazy afternoons and evening get togethers. Trevorrick Barns’ garden wraps around it like a hug, with a large slate patio area giving way to coastal planting and large lawns, enclosed by characterful walls.

Parking

There is spacious parking for three cars to the front of the home with gated access from the road.

Access

There are eight exterior steps from the parking area down to the front entrance door. Once inside the property there is one staircase leading to the first floor master bedroom. The remainder accommodation is on various levels and involves a few steps in-between.

A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.
