For a more bespoke option, Padstow Kitchen Garden can create a personalised menu cooked over open flames with a stunning estuary view, a sure-fire hit with the whole family. If a tipple is your thing, the award-winning Trevibban Mill Vineyard is a mere stagger away and offers tours and tastings among its stunning vines.

Inside Space
Once inside, the holiday begins. A spacious hallway ushers you into the house, its double height ceiling and large windows filling the space with light. From this central foyer you reach a double bedroom, benefitting from a luxurious ensuite with shower, as well as a twin bedroom, also with ensuite, and contemporary family bathroom. Following the hallway to the living area, you enter a wonderful open plan space, decorated in soft coastal hues. Bathed in light from the large sliding doors, this wonderfully sociable space is the perfect spot for family get-togethers or quiet relaxation. Warm wooden panelling frames the large fireplace, bringing a cosy feel to this chic room. An elegant kitchen sits at the rear of the space, expertly weaving modern amenities with classic design, and a perfectly placed dining table sits next to huge sliding doors which frame superb countryside views.
The serene feeling of space and light continues on the first floor, where there are a further three bedrooms, including a Queen suite with an incredible balcony, the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the stunning Cornish countryside. This lovely room is complemented by a superb dressing area and ensuite bathing area, all decorated in cool, calming tomes. The contemporary design continues in the two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, who both enjoy beautiful ensuite shower rooms.
Outside Space
3, Churchtown Rise has a stunning enclosed lawn to the rear, bordered with a traditional Cornish stone hedge and framed by beautiful coastal planting. A large patio runs along the rear of the home, giving views of the rolling fields beyond, the perfect spot for al fresco dining. While away your evenings relaxing in the hot tub, while the kids amuse themselves in the games room, where a snooker table and dart board will keep them busy for hours!
Access
Level access to the front of the house, gravelled from the parking areas and paved around the house. There are steps leading to the games room in the garden. One flight of Oak stairs internally to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Parking for four vehicles on the driveway.

Pets
Dogs are welcome, two maximum. £25 per dog.

A refundable security deposit of £250 will be taken prior to your stay.

Absolutely stunning property, had everything that we could have wished for. Immaculately presented, and furnished to a very high standard. The property was so warm and cosy and although it was cold outside, we didnt even need heating on. Central to most places that we wanted to visit, and a stones throw from Padstow Harbour. Will definately be back !!

A beautiful house in an ideal location to explore the many beaches in the area. The house is faultless, with the living and outside areas being especially nice. Our family of 10 (plus dogs) stayed for a week with plenty of space, we could have easily stayed longer.

This property was exactly as described and a wonderful luxurious property. The house is extremely well kitted out and has every conceivable gadget or accessory in the kitchen you could possibly wish for. Views at the back of the house are stunning and the hot tub spotless and water quality checked at least twice when we were there. I forgot to write a review in the guest book, apologies but I would agree with everything other guests have said. The property is stunning, perfect for families and ideally located to about 7 awesome beaches. Within the guest book was a helpful introduction from the owners and a request for suggestions to make it better. I honestly could not suggest anything to improve, everything you could possibly wish for is included and so tastefully furnished. It has a feel of the highest quality ‘show house’ which is actually great as you don’t feel that you are staying in someone else’s home…..just your own dream house for the week !

This is such an amazing house. Everything you could possibly want. Great combination of bedrooms for all the family. Got immediate response from owner on a couple of questions we had. Short drive to a number of great beaches and very close to Padstow. We will definitely look to book this property in the future.
