Kohilo is the upper floor of a large house, the ground floor can also be rented from Cornish Holiday Cottage named ‘Kadja’.
This holiday cottage provides phenomenal, undisturbed views out to sea. Through the front door you are immediately welcomed by a stretching corridor that provides access to the large kitchen, that has a range of appliances should you need them on your visit. The large window also means you can prepare food with a view. The living area offers a dining table with a full-length window meaning the room bursts with natural light, providing the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and has a modern ensuite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, which makes the perfect room for children. A large family bathroom provides a spacious bath and shower.
At the back of this property there is a large, rolling garden (also shared with Kadja) with a gate at the bottom which gives you access to a public footpath five minutes from the beach.
Trevone Bay offers a truly wonderful spot on the North Cornish coast. Home to a stunning sandy beach ideal for families and surfers. There is also an additional rocky beach which features an amazing natural swimming pool, as well as the famous ‘Round Hole’, it really is a perfect place for exploring. With expansive coastal walks on either side, the entire area is of outstanding natural beauty which one can never tire of. If you would like to enjoy the local produce, there is a well-stocked farm shop open seven days a week along with the local pub: The Well Parc.
A short, five minutes, drive away is Padstow; a picturesque harbour town, that’s winding streets hide a plentiful number of pleasant surprises. This bustling town offers a vast variety of food from Rick Stein’s fine dining restaurants to fresh homemade pasties. If you’re feeling adventurous you could catch a sea life safari from the harbour or enjoy scenic views of the estuary cycling to Wadebridge for lunch along the flat Camel Trial.
